Draft: to be reviewed by a solicitor before Safe Kitchen launches. Text in [square brackets] still needs completing.
Website terms of use
Draft, 1 November 2026
These terms cover your use of the Safe Kitchen website. Separate terms will cover the Safe Kitchen service itself.
About the information on this site
We work hard to keep this site accurate, but it describes a product that is still being developed. Features marked as in development, planned or our vision may change or may not be released.
Demonstrations, figures and calculators on this site are illustrative. They aren’t food safety guidance, legal advice or a promise of any saving or outcome.
Food safety
Your business is always responsible for its own food safety. Safe Kitchen is a tool that helps you keep records and run your kitchen; it doesn’t replace your food safety management system, your own judgement or professional advice.
Safe Kitchen is not affiliated with or endorsed by the Food Standards Agency or any local authority.
Using the site
Please don’t misuse the site, for example by trying to break its security, sending spam through the form or copying its content for commercial use without permission.
Founding customer price lock (draft, not yet active)
This offer starts only when Safe Kitchen launches for paying customers, and these draft terms will be finalised and published before then.
The first 100 business customers whose first subscription payment succeeds after launch keep the price of their original plan (monthly or annual) for their original site for as long as that subscription continues without a break. If the subscription is cancelled or lapses, the locked price ends.
The price lock covers the price before VAT. VAT is charged separately at the rate that applies at the time. It doesn’t apply to additional sites or a change of plan [to confirm]. It can’t be transferred or exchanged for cash.
Founding customers also get one free onboarding call to help them get set up.
[Launch date, how places are counted and confirmed, and what happens if a business changes ownership: to be completed with legal advice.]
Our liability
[To be completed with legal advice.]
Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
